Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all inquiries, orders, and purchases made through this website or directly with us.

1. Business scope

We supply natural marble sourced from our own quarry and finished in our workshop. All products are natural stone and may show variation in colour, pattern, veining, and texture.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for a limited period and subject to material availability. Prices exclude import duties, taxes, port charges, customs clearance fees, and inland transport at the destination unless agreed in writing.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after the required deposit is received and cleared. Production will not begin before payment is confirmed.

4. Payment terms

  • 50 percent deposit required before production

  • 50 percent balance required once production is complete

  • Full payment must clear before shipping documents are released

  • No documents will be released without full payment

All payments must be made in cleared funds.

5. Production and lead times

Production timelines depend on order size, finish, and current workload. Quoted lead times are estimates and may change due to quarry conditions, weather, or shipping schedules.

6. Product variation

Marble is a natural material. Variations in colour, veining, shade, and texture are normal and are not considered defects. Samples show general characteristics only and do not guarantee exact matching.

7. Packing and crating

All goods are packed in export-grade wooden crates built to European standards and suitable for sea freight and port handling.

8. Shipping terms

We arrange transport from our workshop to the export port using our appointed forwarder.
Once the shipment is accepted at the export port and loaded for departure, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer.

9. Shipping documents

We provide the original Bill of Lading sent by courier.
Telex release is not offered.
Shipping documents are released only after full payment is received.

10. Insurance

Marine insurance is optional and can be arranged through the forwarder. If insurance is not taken, all transit risk passes to the buyer once the goods leave the export port.

11. Import clearance and destination charges

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, inspections, port handling fees, and inland transport at the destination.

12. Delays and force events

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including weather, port congestion, carrier schedules, customs inspections, strikes, or acts of government.

13. Claims

Any claims for loss or damage during transit must be made directly with the carrier or insurer. We do not accept claims once goods have left the export port.

14. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after cutting or shaping begins.

15. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

16. Acceptance

Placing an order or making payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
